Is people-pleasing getting in the way of your efforts to create an inclusive culture? Contrary to popular belief, inclusion doesn’t mean making everyone happy. It means leading with integrity and boundaries so that you can create an environment of psychological safety, where “clear is kind.” In this workshop, leaders learn how the desire for approval, perfectionism, and conflict avoidance impact themselves and their leadership style, and how that affects trust in their teams and organizational culture as a whole. Leaders will walk away with actionable steps for disrupting draining people-pleasing patterns and embracing conflict competence.
