Volunteer Employee Resource Groups, Employee Councils, and Task Forces are powerful opportunities to engage and empower staff; however, too many staff tasked with leading culture change lack the change management expertise to make change stick. This program helps organizations build their internal capacity to manage complex change by equipping passionate staff with practical skills and tools to plan and implement effective change.
Over eight sessions, participants will learn the fundamentals of change management (e.g., how to build and maintain trust with key stakeholders and navigate tricky power dynamics). Each participant will leave with a self-guided learning toolkit and customized action plan tailored to their scope of influence.
Session 1: Define the problem
Session 2: Prioritize what’s in your control
Session 3: Identify stakeholders and name power dynamics
Session 4: Make the invisible visible
Session 5: Uncover the root cause
Session 6: Define what success looks like
Session 7: Build a roadmap
Session 8: Plan for continuous improvement
This program can be customized to meet the needs of the industry and/or partnering organization.
