I help organizations transform how people work together by creating environments where creativity and collaboration flourish. Through coaching, facilitation, and organizational design work, I guide leaders and teams to navigate complex challenges with clarity and purpose, enabling them to create positive change.

I listen deeply, observe carefully, and help clients draw new connections they might not see on their own. Trust, collaboration, and laughter are central to my work—principles I’ve carried from my background in improv. I believe in creating spaces where people feel both challenged and supported, combining warmth with directness. I do this work because there’s nothing more rewarding than watching a group of people discover what they can create together when the conditions are right.
