Paige Robnett is a diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) Consultant with expertise in solving complex problems and leading large-scale organizational change. A project manager at heart, Paige leverages systems to disrupt the status quo.

In her most recent role, Paige directed DEI initiatives for Rock Ventures, a portfolio of more than 100 companies in the technology, professional services, sports, and charitable giving industries, impacting more than 30,000 employees. Reporting directly to the Chief Diversity Officer, Paige advised senior leaders, aligned key stakeholders, and mobilized 120+ employees to develop and execute a cross-functional global DEI Strategic Plan. Most notably, she built and launched a custom DEI Maturity Model and Assessment Scorecard to assess and benchmark maturity across four pillars: Talent, Culture, Marketplace, and Community.

Previously as a Consultant for Cook Ross, a global DEI consulting firm, Paige led more than 115 unique client projects ranging from enterprise-wide training deliveries to strategic planning initiatives. In this role, she conducted dozens of DEI culture audits to identify needs through the design, facilitation and analysis of custom employee engagement surveys, stakeholder interviews, and focus groups.

Paige currently attends Georgetown University’s Institute for Transformational Leadership to work towards her certification as an executive leadership coach. She also has a Master of Public Administration degree with a concentration in Organizational Evaluation and Leadership from the George Washington University Trachtenberg School of Public Policy and Public Administration and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Women’s Studies from Denison University.

Paige currently lives in Washington, DC with her partner and puppy, Deni. In her free time, she enjoys singing karaoke, playing pick-up basketball, and learning to roller skate. She is an avid volunteer and provides pro-bono facilitation services to Running Start, training college women to run for office.
